The bottler 'Signatory Vintage' specialises in single cask bottlings. The name 'Signatory Vintage' comes from the idea to label each bottling with the signature of a famous personality. But this plan was not realised. The first bottling was already sold before a suitable signatory could be found for the bottle. This whisky matures for 11 years in bourbon casks and is bottled in its natural colouring and not chill-filtered.
