These are exactly the starting point for the Signature Editions. The Signature Editions from St. Kilian are individually bottled and signed with their own cask signature. The St. Kilian Signature Edition NINE Single Malt Whisky matures for over 3 years in ex-Bourbon, ex-Sauternes as well as Palatinate oak casks. The whisky is distilled 2 times in real Scottish pot stills. The Signature Editions are neither coloured nor chill-filtered. Distilled: 2016/2017/2018 Bottled: 2021 Tasting notes:Colour: Dark gold.
