Tomatin is one of the largest distilleries in Scotland and was built in 1897 at the headwaters of the river Findhorn. The malt, which Tomatin produces, is certainly not the most complex or strongest, but decidedly tasty. The whiskies of Tomatin are usually unpeated.
This 14-year-old malt received its finish in selected port wine casks and is neither cold-filtered nor provided with color additives.
